What awaits you
- You will support the HR officers in general day-to-day operations
- Support in the planning and implementation of personnel marketing measures
- In addition, you will support our recruiting process and take over applicant management
- You will also accompany process optimizations and help with the data preparation of HR-specific key figures
- You will support the HR officers with company health management issues
What you should bring
- Ongoing studies in the field of business administration, economics, business education, human resources management or marketing or similar
- Communicative personality and good organizational skills
- High motivation, initiative and independent working style
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
