Donation to the avitea works council's association Mit uns durchs Leben (With us through life)

As a brand of avitea GmbH, the avitea works council acts in our interests. The works council organises several fundraising campaigns every year. This makes it possible to support several social projects in the neighbourhood.

Each of our employees can participate voluntarily by suggesting social projects and donating a monthly amount from their salary. These are often very small amounts of 1 to 5 euros. The community thus creates a larger donation sum. The management of avitea also makes a donation at the end of the year and generously rounds up the sum.

Vouchers from the swimming pool ticket campaign

The summer vacations are a great opportunity to spend time with the family and do something together. With the swimming pool tickets, our employees and their families can enjoy the cool water and spend unforgettable hours in the pool.

The swimming pool tickets are valid for selected swimming pools in the region and offer two free entries. Prior registration is required to determine demand and ensure that every child receives a card.

Care counselling for family members at cademify

As a forward-looking company, we have dealt intensively with the topic of "reconciling family and career", which for us also includes caring for family members.

A care situation often arises suddenly and unexpectedly, making support essential. Together with our cooperation partner WDS.care, we offer our employees a free advice and care concept - Eldercare.

Markus Tröge, company social advisor and head of health and social management at avitea, is an advisor and supporter in many different situations - whether personal or professional. Our cademify employees also have the opportunity to take advantage of Markus Tröge's counselling services.
