What awaits you

Processing spare parts inquiries and spare parts orders for our profile processing systems
Advising our customers on spare parts inquiries and spare parts orders
Preparation of quotations, order confirmations and delivery bills via our ERP system
On-schedule compilation and delivery of machine-specific spare parts
Processing warranty claims
Close cooperation with design, service management, shipping/warehouse and purchasing

What you should bring

At least completed mechanical engineering training (e.g. industrial mechanic / mechatronics engineer) with professional experience, possibly further training as a mechanical engineering technician (m/f/x)
Very good written and spoken German, good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage
A structured, analytical and independent way of working
Communication skills
Confident handling of common IT applications (Mail, Word, Excel, ERP)
