As part of the "Employees recruit employees" program, a €500 Media Markt voucher is raffled off every six months among all employees who have successfully recruited a new employee.

The time has come - "ONE" our new online employee portal is online. ONE offers all employees great features, e.g. access to personal documents such as pay slips, the opportunity to change personal data or find out about current benefits and news.

The year 2023 ended with the retirement of our colleague Gudrun Manthey-Pohl from the Paderborn branch.

At the end of the year, Christoph Busch will retire after 17 years as Managing Director of avitea GmbH. Together with him, avitea GmbH looks back on an era that was characterized by impressive growth, successful innovation and the establishment of a positive corporate culture.

Once again this year, the works councils of avitea and avitea Industrieservice and the employees of both companies made it possible to donate to charitable organisations in the region.
